Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life happens - plans change, and unexpected events come up. As a small business with limited class sizes, we’ve created the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our students and our studio.

When you register for a class, workshop, or membership, you reserve a specific spot that cannot be transferred, exchanged, or rescheduled. Because of our small class sizes, cancellations made too close to the start date can leave us unable to fill that space.

Refunds are available as follows:

  • 10 days or more before the start date → Full refund

  • 4–9 days before the start date → 50% refund

  • 3 days or less before the start date → No refund

Please note:

  • All registrations are non-transferrable and cannot be credited toward future classes, workshops, or memberships.

  • No exceptions can be made to the deadlines above.

  • To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at info@slowburnceramicsbk.com before the refund deadline.

We appreciate your understanding and support—it allows us to keep offering small, hands-on classes for our community.
